Their relentless weekly toilet inspections, table & chair inspections dictating how we should place our tables, manpower inspections, and even LTA on how our supplies can be unloaded. The mother of the dragons, MOM, dictates who we can hire. Singapore wants to be culinary hub? That's why dragons are reptile with double tougues: say one thing, do another. The Singapore government wanna support F&B, Their current policy, we the restauranters serves you our master cheap food on our hand and foot. If we the serfs don't do so, you raise the bar. Higher rent, one sided conversations, an impossible landscape to hire and to top it off we have to accept some prescribed bullshit...
